Projects

The projects we develop are founded on the synergy between the public and private sectors, serving the Sustainable Development Goals (SDG). At their core, these projects create solutions that are measurable, predictable, with clearly defined risk allocation, and that provide value for people – delivering real benefits to the community and all stakeholders.

One of our notable projects is the Belgrade PPP public transport initiative, which was recognized at the Ninth International Forum on PPP in 2025. It was awarded as the second-best project globally according to UNECE evaluations.

Another important example is the reconstruction of public lighting in Zaječar, which received UNECE recognition for its contribution to the circular economy and sustainable development.
