International strategic framework for public-private partnerships
“We may not know which technologies or services will overcome the challenges posed by the SDGs, but I am certain that public-private partnerships will play a major role in achieving them.”
The 2030 Agenda and its 17 Sustainable Development Goals provide a global framework for addressing economic, social and environmental challenges and building a fairer, more prosperous and sustainable world. Their implementation still faces major obstacles:

Innovative models are needed to overcome these challenges. Public-private partnerships help close financing gaps, strengthen capacity, accelerate the adoption of technology and introduce clear models for measurement and risk allocation.
