Our company was founded in 2017. Nonetheless, the experience of our team in the development and execution of such projects exceeds two decades.

We firmly believe in the potential of synergy between the public and private sectors. The public sector provides resources and possesses the deepest understanding of community needs, while private investors, technological and innovative companies, and the financial sector contribute capital, expertise, and execution speed. When these potentials are connected, sustainable and efficient solutions emerge that possess genuine practical value.

Our mission is to motivate and unite these parties to collaboratively create projects that enhance the quality of life for citizens and the community. These projects are not only socially beneficial—they are simultaneously sustainable and financially viable for all participants, clearly structured, and predictable in the long term, with a defined and equitable allocation of risk. Our projects most effectively illustrate the story of who we are and the values we uphold.

Our team comprises experts in infrastructure, energy, finance, and project management, adhering to international standards and implementing best practices. We particularly distinguish ourselves through expertise in international frameworks: our director is one of only 30 evaluators of the UNECE PIERS methodology (People-first PPP Infrastructure Evaluation and Rating System). This methodology evaluates projects not only from a financial perspective but also based on their social, environmental, and developmental impacts—placing people first.
